While we’re on the subject of Cape Cod, the winter is the best time to drive around and explore the peacefulness.
Gary and I took a drive out to the outer Cape a few weekends ago, exploring Nauset, Orleans, Truro, Wellfleet and Eastham. To be honest, our main goal was Atlantic Spice Company (which was closed) and we detoured to stop in at Snows (which was closed).

Anyway, every good tourist fix includes a stop at the cottages along Route 6A heading out to Provincetown. The wind was blowing fierce and cold, but these photos make it seem like summer, don’t they?
